Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Swimwear and intimate apparel must have the hygiene liner intact
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
How to Return
- Log into your account and navigate to your order history
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the prompts to initiate a return and print your return label
- Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging and tags
- Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest postal service
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
